Intense prep like: Large holes, water damage, peeling paint, damaged paint etc. Primer needed because dark colors or bright saturation, new drywall etc. These prices are for a small to medium size home under 1100 sq.ft. Lager homes may be up to 35% to 40% additional per room etc. The customer only furnish the paint material. We supply all other supplies, sundries and labor.
